CHEESY CHICKEN BROCCOLI STUFFING BAKE
1 1/2 – 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces
1 box stove top stuffing mix chicken flavour
1 package (8ounces) Velvetta cheese (cut in small cubes)
1 can(s) (10.5 ounces) Campbell’s cream of chicken soup
1 bag(s) (14ounces) frozen broccoli florets…thawed and drained
2 tablespoon butter (i use country crock)
Salt and pepper to suit your taste
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Refer to the instructions provided on the package of the Stove Top Chicken Flavor Stuffing. Set aside to cool.
Step 3: Place a pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 4: Add butter and allow to melt.
Step 5: Add the chicken and cook until brown.
Step 6: Add in Cream of Chicken Soup and stir until well mixed.
Step 7: Add in the Broccoli and stir until well combined.
Step 8: Add in the Velvetta Cheese and stir until well blended.
Step 9: Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 10: Spread the stuffing on top of the mixture.
Step 11: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes or until done.
Step 12: Remove from the oven and let it sit at room temperature to cool.
Step 13: Serve and enjoy!
