I call this my weekend meal! I love to prepare and serve this on Saturdays! I don’t know but I treat this as a reward for a week’s work! It’s very easy to make. All you need to do is to follow these steps that I have provided and you are good to go! Feel free to add more ingredients if you wish. Although, I think there is nothing that can make this dish better because it is already perfect! A big thanks to my dear friend, Emma for giving me this recipe. Now, it’s my time to share it with you! I hope this makes you smile today. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1/2 pound large or medium shells pasta

1-pound ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

1 packet taco seasoning

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

Directions:

Step 1: Cook the shelled pasta. Refer to the instructions written on the package. Drain the water and rinse with running water to stop the cooking process.

Step 2: Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 3: Drizzle oil and allow it to heat through.

Step 4: Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.

Step 5: Add the ground beef and cook until crumbly and brown.

Step 6: Discard the excess grease and add in the taco seasoning.

Step 7: Pour in 3/4 cup of beef broth and stir until the liquid evaporates.

Step 8: Add in the cooked pasta and stir until well mixed with the sauce.

Step 9: Remove from the heat and garnish with sour cream.

Step 10: Bon Appetit!

Note:

Sour cream is optional.

You can skip the sour cream and it is still going to be very delicious!
