INGREDIENTS :
1 clove crushed garlic
¼ pound butter, melted
1 cup dried bread crumbs
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (4 pounds) chicken, cut into pieces
INSTRUCTIONS :
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In a shallow mixing bowl or glass dish, add in the margarine or melted butter and crushed garlic. Stir until well mixed.
Step 3: In a separate small mixing bowl, add in the cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Step 4: Dip the sliced chicken first into the garlic butter mixture then next into the bread crumbs mixture. Coat the chicken completely.
Step 5: Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 6: Arrange the sliced coated chicken into the prepared baking dish.
Step 7: Drizzle the rest of the garlic butter on top of the coated chicken.
Step 8: Place inside the preheated oven uncovered and bake for 1 1/4 hours or until the is cooked.
Step 9: Remove the baking dish from the oven.
