Ingredients:

1 (15 ounces) can pumpkin puree

4 large eggs

1 cup of vegetable oil

⅔ cup of water

3 cups white sugar

3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 ½ teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

½ teaspoon ground cloves

¼ teaspoon ground ginger

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Apply cooking spray in three 7×3-inch loaf pans, then sprinkle flour on each.

Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs, pumpkin puree, water, oil, and sugar. Stir until well mixed.

Step 4: In another mixing bowl, add the baking soda, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, ginger, and cloves. Whisk until well mixed.

Step 5: Transfer the mixture into the pumpkin mixture and stir until well combined.

Step 6: Transfer the mixture into the greased and floured pans.

Step 7: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting in the middle of each bread.

Step 8: Remove from the oven and let them sit on a wire rack to cool at room temperature.

Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
