SPICY FRIED CHICKEN & VINEGAR

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Kilo Chicken (Drumstick)

  • 3 Large Eggs (Beaten)

  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour

  • ¼ Tsp Chile Ground

  • ¼ Tsp Cayenne Pepper

  • ¼ Tsp Garlic Powder

  • ¼ Tsp Blackpepper (Ground)

  • ⅓ Tsp Salt

Clean the Chicken (Drumstick) first and dry it and set aside the Flour mixture first, in a bowl put All Purpose Flour, Chili Ground, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Powder, Salt and Black pepper mix just fine. another bowl add the Egg (Beaten), then you can dip the Chicken in the Egg (Beaten) then Flour mixture i coat it well then heat the pan once it’s ok to put the Cooking Oil on fire Then I just dip fry the Chicken until it becomes golden brown. Served and Enjoy.

Vinegar Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup White Vinegar

  • ½ Tbsp White Sugar

  • 5 Garlic Cloves

  • 3 Pcs Red Chile

Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper (Ground)

Procedure:

Just mix it in a bowl all ready to serve for a nice sauce.
