This soup for example is very delicious and yet will help you loose weight! Check it out. You’ll Need: ½ chopped head of cabbage. 1 cup of diced celery. 1 cup of diced white or yellow onion. 1 cup of diced carrots. 1 diced green bell pepper. 2-3 minced cloves of garlic. 2-3 tbsps of olive oil. 4 cups of chicken broth. 1 (14 oz) can of diced tomatoes. 1 tsp of oregano. 1 tsp of basil. ½ tsp of red pepper flakes. Cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper.
