1 lb Chicken tenders 1 cup Buffalo sauce of choice, divided 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 tsp Chili powder 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded (or cheese of choice)
In a crockpot, mix together 1/2 cup buffalo sauce and seasonings. Add in chicken tenders, and toss to coat in sauce. Cook on high for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 450 degrees, cover a baking sheet pan with foil, and spray with cooking spray. Place chicken tenders on pan, and pour additional 1/2 cup sauce over chicken. Divide shredded cheese over the top of the tenders. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until cheese starts to get lightly golden brown. Enjoy with dipping sauce if desired!
