What prompted you to start? I have always been interested, but I felt too self conscious. However, once I started, I found the running community to be one of the most inspirational and encouraging groups I have ever met.

I prefer to explore my community and run outside. I have also joined various running groups so there are always people I can run with. Do you race? If so, how often, and what kind of races? I have run various 5Ks, and I recently just completed my first half marathon! Do you engage in other sports or activities? If so, what and how often? I mainly do cardio, but recently I have taken an interest in kickboxing and yoga.
