Smart Points has a similar program to the FlexPoints from versions past. While it’s great to have extra points one tip that I can’t stress enough is that you don’t have to use them! If you’re not hungry, you don’t need to eat them. They are great for if you go over your points for the day by splurging at a restaurant. It’s also a good idea to just totally forget about them and keep on plugging away without splurging. There’s power in the mental side dieting…if you know you have these extra points you’ll constantly be thinking about how you can use them to eat me. Just forget the points are there, use them only when you need to cover an overage!
