“The food must be alive”, said this famous American scientist, theorist, and practitioner of juice therapy. Such foods primarily represent fruit juices and vegetables. Why exactly juices, not fresh, red, ripened fruits? Because the scientist said digestion of solid food lasts for several hours, and when it comes to juices, the organism digs them and receives them very quickly, in just a few minutes. In doing so, and this is not at all an understatement, minimal energy is wasted at digestion. Juices have an important task in our organism: on the one hand, they constitute building material because they supply the organism with the necessary amino acids, mineral salts, enzymes, vitamins, blood, tissue regeneration in the fastest and most stable way. On the other hand, the juices are hygienists of the whole organism: they cleanse it from waste, from toxic substances, or eject harmful products.
In what quantities should a person drink juice?
